ModaMedic

ModaMedic system offers a comprehensive solution to objectively assess orthopedic surgery outcomes at Soroka Hospital. This system was developed as part of a final project in collaboration with a senior doctor in the orthopedic department at Soroka University Medical Center. This system utilizes a dedicated app and smart bracelet to collect and present patient mobility data before and after surgery. Monitoring key indicators helps determine the surgerys success and impact on patients daily lives, guiding physicians in their decision-making process for further treatment. Comparing patient metrics to similar groups adds valuable context and enhances recovery rate predictions. Additionally, ModaMedic empowers patients with access to their own data, physiotherapy exercise videos, and a messaging platform through which they can communicate with their doctor.
